We’re looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Chicago Territory Sales Team. This position will sell Spirax Sarco US products and services to new and existing accounts and support distribution channels in the Southern part of the territory. This person will provide the expertise and solutions to all customers in the territory to help them with energy management, increase production, operate safely and reach sustainability goals. Therefore increasing Spirax Sarco US’s market share for new and existing products and services while meeting sales and profit margin goals.
Primary responsibility is to meet or exceed the assigned financial plan for the West Region, comprising of CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, ID and CO,, via Spirax Sarco distributors and resellers in support of our strategic initiatives. Fosters a team approach where Spirax Sarco core values are the road map to meet and exceed the expectations of all stake holders. Establishes close business relationships with distributors and develops distributor business plans with existing and new distributors with support from the Regional and Area Sales Manager to maximize returns for Spirax Sarco.
The Spirax Sarco Asset Manager is a full time, in plant, highly skilled and knowledgeable customer resource for steam, actively engaged with all levels of plant staff and management. The purpose is to help in identifying, assessing, managing, and resolving chronic steam system problems that exist in most Oil, Gas and Chemical plants. The person
becomes the integrated and trusted site steam system manager, providing knowledge, and coordinating resources together with local Spirax Sarco teams , entangling themselves, providing knowledge, product, and services solutions for long term, sustainable benefits to the customer.
The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and growth objectives. This position will proactively generate, profile, and qualify new and existing customer sales opportunities in collaboration with the outside sales team. Providing solution selling options through keen product/technical knowledge is key to this position.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the manufacturing processes across the product ranges, and work to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods to meet cost requirements, quality standards, and targeted efficiency levels within the product ranges. Supervises the activities of employees within the Tool Room for day-to-day operations while meeting quality and production standards.
